Yes. Half of our clients started from zero. In small groups, your instructor adapts every exercise to your level from the first minute.
Yes. Our instructors are used to guiding in Spanish and English, and many of our clients are expats and visitors. You’ll feel at home.
No. The trial class is a one-time $20 payment, no commitment. If you fall in love (it happens a lot), you can choose a pack or a membership afterwards. Your call.
Comfortable clothes and grip socks (we sell them at the studio if you don’t have any). Mat, equipment, water and a warm welcome are on us.
