How it works
Your classes are stored as credits under your email. You book whatever time works for you from the Reset app, or just message us on WhatsApp.
A one-time $20 payment the first time you buy a pack or membership. With memberships it includes your welcome tote. You only ever pay it once.
With card, confirmation is instant (secure payment via Tilopay). With SINPE Móvil, a local bank transfer, you upload your receipt and our front desk confirms it within minutes during studio hours. Visiting from abroad? Card is your easiest option.
Yes, the minimum is 3 months. After that you can cancel anytime. You can also freeze it for a few days every 3 months, depending on your plan.
Your email and password create your Reset account when you buy (or you use the one you already have). Those same details get you into the app to see your credits and book. The trial class is different: you book it with just your email, no account needed.
